WE UNDERSTAND THAT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MAY BE NECESSARY
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 15 days of receipt of non-custom imprinted items. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method. Due to the nature of custom imprinted items, all properly decorated products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. If you are dissatisfied with your completed order for any reason, please contact us by email at email@example.com within 15 days of receipt of your order.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Custom imprinted items
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Contact Us with your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
Refunds or replacement products can take between 5 to 8 business days to complete.
A restocking fee may be assessed based on item being returned.
Shipping cost of replacement item will be required.
If the item has been lost or damaged, please contact us for replacement options.
